The use of goat cheese in this recipe gives it a bit more of a tart taste than is found in a regular lasagna. Goat cheeses are available in a variety of forms. The most popular varieties are Chevre, a smooth and spreadable cheese and semi firm goat`s milk feta. For this recipe a more spreadable variety should be used, as the feta can be somewhat salty and may overpower the recipe.
But no matter what ingredients are used, a classic Caesar salad is the perfect side for any lasagna.

This looks so good. Have you ever made lasagna using boiled eggs and cottage cheese? I had this once while living in Houston, TX but never got the recipe and would love to find it.
Mmm sounds good.
No I have never heard of that Martha. But it sounds interesting.
