Thanks for putting this out here...I am struggling right now on getting out and exercising... the eating is already in check, but now that I am swimming and walking again I feel so much better...

Everyone knows the true secert to Weight loss is Eat Less and Exercise more. But most are too lazy and waiting for the "Magic Pill" to solve all their woes.
